A small product deserves long attention: rough edges removed, old choices revisited, and support kept close to development.
Independent app studio
The work is the homepage.
Traction Labs builds its own consumer apps and keeps them maintained. No client work, no press wall, no invented momentum. The first product is Katha AI.
Currently in development
Katha AI helps adults write fiction with the machine in the room.
Start with a premise. Katha drafts chapter by chapter, and the writer keeps steering: change the direction, rewrite a paragraph, hear the scene narrated aloud, or generate cover art and character portraits.
Fifteen genres are planned, from cosy fantasy to thriller and horror. Stories are private by default. Publishing is a deliberate toggle into a public feed with comments, likes and follows.
Katha AI is not yet available on the App Store or Google Play.

The product sets the pace.
Paid software
The business should work because customers value the product, not because the app found more places to sell attention.
Plain privacy
Collect what the app needs. Explain what is stored. Make account and story deletion understandable.
Support near the code
The person building the app reads the product feedback. Katha issues belong on Katha's support page, not in a studio inbox.
Now - September 2026
Building the first Katha release: chapter drafting, paragraph rewrites, narration, cover generation and the private-to-public publishing toggle.
This line is meant to be edited when the work changes, not expanded into a fake changelog.
